Dear Middle School Youth Group and Parents, Please find below a schedule that we have set for the rest of the year. We are really excited about the things we have planned to finish out the year! We are definitely going to need help with some of these activities. So please look at your schedule and check to see when you can come! February 1 – We will meet at the church from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. We will continue a discussion we began on understanding that we are Temples of the Holy Spirit, and also learn about St. Juan Diego and Our Lady of Guadalupe. A game or activity will conclude our visit. February 15 – Meet at church from 3:00 -5:00 p.m. – “Faith and Film”: We will view the movie “About a Boy” a story about the challenges a Middle School boy faces, and discuss some of it’s themes. February 28 – Middle School Lock-In: Please plan on attending the Saturday 5:30 p.m. Mass and pick up will be Sunday morning at 7a.m. We will be sending more details soon. March 11 – Gathering on a Wednesday evening before Spring Break begins. Mass at 7:10 p.m. March 29 – Afternoon outing to the roller rink in Salina –we will need drivers. More details will be offered. April 3 – We will be hosting the soup supper following Stations of the Cross at 5:30 p.m. April 18 – Service activity to take place during the weekend of "Brush up Mac." May 10 – Please plan on an end of the year gathering. We will forward more detail when we get closer. As mentioned above, we will need many parent volunteers to help with these activities, most pressing is the lock in.
